► Q1 - Is there a Windows version too?

Currently the app is available on only iPhone, Android, iPad and Web. We are constantly working on improving the app on these platforms. However, once our existing users are satisfied with the working of app, we will begin the development of Mind Vector on Windows platform.

► Q2 - Where can I get my invoice?

Mind Vector will mail the invoice to you at your registered email id.

► Q3 - How can I change my email address or password?

Currently Mind Vector does not permit you to change your email address, as it is your user id. However, you can change your password by going to Personal Info section within My Account.

► Q4 - Can I collaborate?

Yes you can collaborate with a maximum of 20 people for a particular map. Simply share your map by typing in various email ids while separating with commas.

► Q5 - Is there a limit to the number of nodes within a single map?

At this time, you can readily create a map of maximum 1000 nodes.

► Q6 - Is there a limit to the number of characters used in a single map?

No, there is no limit to the number of characters.

► Q7 - Can I use Google Drive with my existing Mind Vector account?

Currently, Mind Vector is not connected to Google Drive, which is why you cannot use it.

► Q8 - In what all browsers does Mind Vector works?

It works perfectly with Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer version 11 and above.

► Q9 - I did not receive an activation email.

Mind Vector sends you the activation email with a confirmation link, when you register as a user of Mind Vector Cloud. Just in case, you have not received the email, do check your spam folder.

► Q10 - How can I print my maps?

Click on the Print icon on top RHS of the map, you are working on.(Please attach image)

► Q11 - Can I use a Promo Code?

Currently Mind Vector Cloud is not offering any Promo Codes.

► Q12 - What will happen if I cancel my monthly subscription? Will I lose all my mind mapping data?

Cancelling your monthly subscription will make you a free user. In this case, you will not lose your mind mapping data as it will be saved in "Read Only" mode in the Cloud account.

► Q13 - What will happen, if I unsubscribe my monthly payment option in PayPal?

If PayPal has already deducted the monthly fee from your account, the un-subscription of payment will be activated from the next billing cycle only. eg. Consider that the date of monthly payment for Mind Vector is 1st September and PayPal has already deducted the money from your account. Suppose, if you cancel your subscription by going to your PayPal account on 2nd September or at any later date. In this situation, as the billing cycle has already begun, we will not be able to stop it immediately. Instead, we will ensure that you are able to use Mind Vector till 1st October, post which your subscription will cancel and we will not bill you again. However, we will keep all your data saved in Cloud and you can continue using the tool as a free user of Mind Vector.

► Q14 - How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

If you no longer require your subscription, its easy to cancel it. Cancelling the subscription stops the recurring payments, but the subscription remains active until it reaches its expiry date. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription and then choose to cancel it after 15 days, the subscription will remain active until the end of the one month period.

To cancel the PayPal subscription:

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Profile near the top of the page.
  • Click My money.
  • Click Update in the My pre-approved payments section.
  • Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

To cancel the iTunes subscription:

  • Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  • Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
  • Choose View Apple ID from the pop up menu.
  • Enter your password when prompted and tap on OK.
  • Tap on Manage under Subscriptions.
  • Tap on Mind Vector Subscription you'd like to cancel or modify.
  • Turn the Auto - Renewal option to Off.

► Q15 - What will happen if the funds in my account are lacking and payment is not made after the first month?

In this rare case situation, PayPal adopts the following procedure Consider this example:

  • 1st Oct- Initiating monthly payment for the first time- Payment attempt failure due to lack of funds
  • 4th Oct- 2nd attempt to initiate payment after 3 days- Payment attempt failure due to lack of funds
  • 9th Oct- 3rd attempt to initiate payment after 5 days- Payment attempt failure results in Cancellation of Subscription
  • As soon as the PayPal cancels your subscription, your Mind Vector account will be cancelled.
  • However, if PayPal is able to initiate the payment successfully on 4th Oct or 9th Oct, your billing cycle will remain the same, i.e. beginning from 1st Oct to 31st Oct and again renewal on 1st Nov.
