This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on the MindVector application and the website www.mindvectorweb.com ("Website").

1. Definitions

The following terms shall have the corresponding meaning-

1.1. "Application" or "App" means a proprietary application called 'MindVector', developed and built by i2e Consulting LLC. MindVector is a web/cloud based software application available on platforms like iOS, Android accessible through your Device for providing Services.

1.2. "Device" means and includes any mobile handset or tablet or a computer system (including portable computer system) having software possessing all compatibility, software, hardware, features for running the Application.

1.3. "Use" or "Using" means to browse, access, view, download, upload, purchase or any other legal use or otherwise benefit from using the App and /or Website.

1.4. "User" or "you" or "your" means any person who browses, accesses or uses App or Website for his own purpose or on behalf of someone else and includes any legal entity.

1.5. "User Data" means any data, information documents or material relating to the User.

1.6. "Services" means the services offered by the Company of mind-mapping. Mind-mapping refers to collating ideas, thoughts and presenting it in a graphical way to visually organize information and extracting into images in .png/.pdf/.csv format on the basis of analysis, process, strategy. This visual thinking tool helps in transforming ideas into workable plans.

1.7. "Website" means www.mindvectorweb.com and all sub-domains, web-pages appearing, appended, available along with this Website.

1.8. "We", "Company", "us" and "our" means i2e Consulting LLC, having its office at 93 Shennecossett Rd, Suite # 104, Groton, CT 06340.

2. Do You Need to Disclose Your Personal Information?

2.1. You have right not to provide your personally identifiable information (information that can be used to identify you as a person). It is not mandatory to provide your personal information, however, your account can be managed only when you disclose certain personal information.

2.2. If you intend to use this Application and/or share User Data and Personal Information (defined below) and/or access to information or details of contact, information, images in your Device with the other users or any third party, it is solely at your own volition, risk.

3. What Personal Information do we collect?

3.1. At the time of using the Application you will need to create and account with us and share certain personal information with us, such as email id, your name, country and language. At the time of registration, you shall be required to share certain information with the Company including but not limited to name, address, contact number, email id.

3.2. If you wish to contact us through the form available on the Website, you will need to share your name and email id or if you wish to communicate with us using the 'Support' function on the website you will need to share your email id with us. This is so that we may get in touch with you and respond to your query.

3.3. We also collect certain non-personal information on the way you use the Website, through tools such as Google Analytics (a brief description of the same is provided below). This is done primarily to enhance user experience. These tools collect certain information which helps us understand how many visitors have visited the Website and also, their behaviour.

3.4. This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the Website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website are usually transferred to a server of Google in the US and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website your IP address from Google will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the US and shortened there. 3.5. For the sake of brevity, the information of a personal nature submitted by you or collected by us shall be collectively referred to as "Personal Information".

3.6. For EU Residents- As per the provisions of the GDPR we shall be considered the Controllers of the aforementioned Personal Information.

3.7. Payment Information- We do not collect credit card information. Purchases for virtual goods or upgrades to our premium services are handled by third party app stores (from where you download our Application) such as Apple's App Store, PayPal and Google Play, among others. For the purpose of the data protection laws and compliances, such third-party app / stores shall also act as Data Controllers and we shall not be responsible for the policies and practices followed by such app stores in connection with the privacy and payments.

3.8. Accuracy- Please ensure that you provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account.

4. What do we do with Your Personal Information?

4.1. We use the Personal Information for the following purposes:

4.1.1. verify, and authenticate the Personal Information and data provided by you;

4.1.2. to correspond with you;

4.1.3. to provide you the Services and to assist you in the event you need any additional support;

4.1.4. for creation or development of business intelligence or data analytics in relation to the Services provided by us (for this purpose we may share the Personal Information with certain software or tools described in this Privacy Policy);

4.1.5. to improve our Services;

4.1.6. to manage our relationship with you;

4.1.7. to provide you information that we may believe may be of your interest;

4.1.8. for internal record keeping; and

4.1.9. to comply with our legal or statutory obligations.

4.2. Legal Basis (for people from the EU)- We will not process your Personal Information without a lawful basis to do so. We will process your Personal Information only on the legal bases of consent [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR], contract [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR], or on the basis of our legitimate interests [as provided in Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR], provided that such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights and interests.

5. Transfer of Your Personal Information Across Borders (For EU Residents)

We have a presence through our sister concerns/ regional sales/ delivery centers in USA and India. The Personal Information we collect (of EU residents) might be processed outside the EU at a secure center located in the USA. We collect and transfer Personal Information outside the EU in accordance with EU data protection laws. We will ensure that any such transfers of Personal Information (outside the EU) will be in accordance with the GDPR. 6. Protection of Information and Storage

6.1. As a matter of security, we take back-up of systems periodically, these back-ups are stored in secured storage in the USA. We have strict controls on accessing servers, database, archives and other data storing devices and medium. Only authorized personnel of Company and other authorized persons are authorized to access servers, database, archives and data storing devices and medium.

6.2. We do not share your User Data and/or Personal Information stored by you on the Application. All your data shall always be kept confidential. If you intend to share your stored information to any other users or third party, we will need specific instruction from you, then only we will share your User Data and/or your Personal Information to any other users or any third party. It is advised that fake identity or identity hacking is possible, and you must apply discretion before you instruct us and we will execute this at your sole risk. We also need to make you aware that our systems are not hack proof. However, data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible.

7. With Whom do we Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, share, distribute, lease or otherwise provide your Personal Information to third parties, without your prior consent. Keeping this in mind, we may disclose your Personal Information in the following cases:

7.1. Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with the service providers who work with us in connection with operating the Website and/ or providing the Services. Specifically, we use a third-party tool and service provider called MailChimp for email marketing and transactional emails. All such service providers are subject to stringent confidentiality restrictions consistent with this Privacy Policy.

7.2. Merger or Acquisition: We may transfer your Personal Information if we are acquired by another entity, or if we merge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including the Website, to a third party. Any such third party or resultant entity that receives your Personal Information shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Information in line with the purposes set out herein. In the event of such a sale or transfer, we may notify you.

7.3. Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your Personal Information in order to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities.

8. How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

8.1. We endeavour to only collect personal data that are necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, and to retain such data for no longer than is necessary for such purposes. The length of time personal data is retained, and criteria for determining that time, are dependent on the nature of the personal data and the purpose for which it was provided. For example, if you choose to delete your account we will delete your Personal Information on our servers.

8.2. You have an option to delete your account, when you select this option all your data on our servers will be deleted.

8.3. Subject to this section, we will try to delete your Personal Information upon reasonable written request for the same. Please note however, that there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers. 9. Your Rights

You have the right to access your Personal Information in our possession, right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Information, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Information, right to restrict us from processing such Personal Information, right to object to our use of your Personal Information. If you would like to exercise ANY of these rights, please contact support@i2econsulting.com. Furthermore, if you are a resident of the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Advertisements

We may also post, display, publish or provide links of advertisements of advertisers on the Application. We do not endorse the advertisements or advertisers or quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness, warranties of the product and/or services offered by such advertisers. User shall directly deal with the advertisers.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

11.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We shall provide you with an email notification indicating any material changes in the Privacy Policy. Additionally, you are encouraged to check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to be aware of the changes made to it.

11.2. This Privacy Policy was last modified on June 2018.

12. Disclaimer

Although we do our best to keep all links updated and valid, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information, data displayed on Website and/or App.

13. Limitation of Liabilities

To the extent permissible under the law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, information, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from or in connection with any use of this Website or the information on or accessed through it or arising out of this Privacy Policy.

14. Agreement

This Privacy Policy along with the Website Terms of Use contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and Company and supersedes any and all prior understandings relating to Website. This Privacy Policy cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provisions and the Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary. Any provision which must survive in order to allow us to enforce its meaning shall survive the termination of this Agreement. This Privacy Policy should be at all times read along with the Terms of Use of the Website.

15. Applicable Laws

15.1. This Privacy Policy and your use of the Website is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Connecticut and, for the purposes of any legal or equitable actions, you specifically agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Connecticut.

15.2. For any EU residents, this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the GDPR.
